People v Richards

Client charged with Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree when the police allegedly recovered a loaded hand gun from his person during a traffic stop in Nassau County. After a thorough investigation, we obtained a plea bargain for Mr Richards where he pleaded guilty to the non criminal charge of driving without a license and the gun charge was dismissed.

People v Pender

Client charged with Murder in the second degree after allegedly killing the victim by shooting him in the chest six times in front of numerous witnesses. Although the client was convicted of lesser charges, he was acquitted on the murder second degree charge and avoided a life sentence.

PEOPLE V. BENSON

Assault charge in Suffolk Criminal Court. Case resolved with ACOD.

PEOPLE V. DEMEO

Client initially charged with Menacing and Criminal mischief for threatening the victim with a bat and breaking a window. After extensive plea negotiations, the case was resolved with an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.

PEOPLE V. JENKINS

Client charged with felony possession of a forged instrument in Nassau County criminal courts. Case dismissed after defense motions.

PEOPLE V. LOUBRIEL

We obtained a misdemeanor plea bargain off of a Robbery first degree charge.

PEOPLE V. FRANKLIN

Client charged with felony Possession of stolen property in Nassau County criminal court. After serving the prosecutor with a motion to dismiss, the matter was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.

PEOPLE V. ZHU

Client charged with two separate E felony counts of Unlicensed practice of a profession for running a massage parlor without a license in the Nassau County criminal courts. Both cases resolved with an Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.

PEOPLE V. COLLINS

Client charged in Suffolk County criminal court with felony Assault for stabbing her neighbor in the leg and torso. After extensive negotiations, we convinced the Prosecutor to dismiss the indictment in the interest of justice.

PEOPLE V. SPELLER

Client charged with felony Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license in Nassau County criminal court. After extensive cross examination by the Defense at trial, it was proven that the Police officers were lying and the prosecutor dismissed the charges prior to the case going to the jury.

PEOPLE V. PIPPINS

Client initially charged in Nassau County criminal court with Assault in second degree, Obstructing governmental administration and Resisting arrest. The Assault charge was dismissed after motion practice and the client was acquitted of the remaining charges after a jury trial.

PEOPLE V. RANDLE

Client initially charged with Burglary, Robbery and Assault in Nassau County criminal court. After serving the prosecutor with a motion to dismiss, the case was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.

PEOPLE V. BENSON

Client charged with petty larceny. Case adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.

PEOPLE V. JOHNSON

Home invasion in Nassau County. Client was facing 25 years in prison and, despite being arrested and identified by multiple witnesses minutes after the crime and only a few blocks away, we convinced the jury to acquit our client of all charges after a jury trial.

PEOPLE V. HILL

Client was facing 15 years on Robbery charge in Nassau County criminal court. Client acquitted of all charges after jury trial.

PEOPLE V. FERRARI

Client charged in Suffolk County criminal court with felony Assault for beating another man with a telephone. We obtained a plea bargain where the client pled guilty to the non-criminal charge of Disorderly conduct with no jail or probation.

PEOPLE V. JACOBS

Client acquitted of Murder and Criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree after jury trial.

People v Sandoval

Client charged with Murder in the second degree for allegedly killing the victim by stabbing him in the chest approximately 17 times in front of witnesses. Although the client was convicted of lesser charges, he was acquitted on the Murder second degree charge after trial and avoided a life sentence.

PEOPLE V. ELMENDORF

Client charged in Suffolk County criminal court with felony Assault for beating another man with a telephone. We obtained a plea bargain where the client pled guilty to the non-criminal charge of Disorderly conduct with no jail or probation.

PEOPLE V. MCRAE

Client charged with Grand larceny and Possession of stolen property in Nassau County criminal court. The Court dismissed charges based on defense motion.

PEOPLE V. CABAN

Client was initially charged with Criminal sale of a controlled substance. Rather than answer the Defense motions, the prosecutor dismissed the case.

People v Urqhardt

Client charged with Assault in the third degree, Menacing and Possession of a weapon after allegedly fighting with his neighbor and threatening him with a machete. Client was acquitted of all charges after a jury trial.

People v. Brown

Despite being charged with a violent felony (Robbery first degree), we were able to get our client into the Suffolk County Youth Court Program. After successful completion, he avoided all criminal charges.

PEOPLE V. WILLIAMS

Client charged with felony Criminal possession of a controlled substance. We obtained a plea bargain for the client where he plead guilty to the non-criminal violation, Disorderly conduct with no jail or probation.

PEOPLE V. BORMAN

Client acquitted of Felony drug charges after jury trial in Nassau County criminal court.

People v. O’Brien

Client charged with felony criminal contempt for violating an order of protection in a domestic violence case in Suffolk County. Case resolved with an Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.
